Are you ready to bring the HEAT!?
On May 5th, 2023, Turning Point Beer will host our first SALSA SHOWDOWN! Now, we aren't talking about dancing! Nope, we are talking about charring some peppers, peeling some tomatoes, and cutting some onions to make a beautiful mix.
Set up will be at 12:30 pm and judging starts at 1 pm. Tasting will be open to the public from 1 pm-3 pm and the awards ceremony will take place at 3 pm.
This event has a $10 entry fee! The $10 entry fee covers ONE type of Salsa Entry, 1 drink ticket, a spot for you to set up, and all sampling supplies! We ask that you list your Salsa name or the name of the person presenting your Salsa when entering! We have some fun prizes to give away and some good times to be had. Make sure you bring your salsa squad with you to cheer you on as you go head-to-head with some salsa enthusiasts!
We will have two judging brackets like in the past, People's Choice and Judging Panel.
If you wish to vote in the People's Choice bracket, we are asking a $5 donation that we will be donating to a charity of our choice (will announce asap).
