Turning Point Beer is back at it for our July Beer Dinner Pairing. We've ganged up with Smoke and Bone BBQ for a four course extravaganza featuring some of Turning Points latest releases! We're pumping up the volume on our hops for this one, so it is the perfect night for the IPA lover. Here's what to expect:
Course #1: Shrimp & Avocado Ceviche with Tomatillo, Pineapple, and Plantains
Paired with Pina Colada Froyo Pulp 7%ABV (Pineapple cocnut NEIPA wtih Citra, El Dorado, and Idaho 7)
Course #2: BBQ Pork Tostada with queso fresco, candied jalepenos, pickled onion, and cilantro.
Paired with The Reverend Green 8% ABV (West Coast DIPA with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe)
Course #3: Salmon Cakes with Stacked Gold Potatoes, Greens, Orange Segments, and a Blood Orange-IPA Gastrique
Paired with Burt Macklin 10.8% ABV (Triple NEIPA with Blood Orange)
Course #4:Brisket & IPA Fondue featuring Cheddar, Gouda, Fontina, IPA, and Toasted Bread
Paired with Texas Sized 10-4 12.4% ABV (Quadruple NEIPA with Galaxy, Vic Secret, Citra, and Sabro)
